- The Bulls became the first NBA team to win 70 games in a single regular season when they finished the 1995-1996 season with a record of 72 wins and 10 losses. This record stood until the Golden State Warriors surpassed it in 2016.
- The team’s success in the 1990s was fueled by the iconic trio of Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen, and Dennis Rodman. Jordan provided scoring prowess, Pippen was a versatile and defensive-minded forward, and Rodman was known for his rebounding and defensive skills.
- The Bulls had a historic rivalry with the Detroit Pistons in the late 1980s and early 1990s. The two teams faced each other in the playoffs multiple times, with the Pistons employing physical and aggressive tactics to try to stop Jordan and the Bulls.
- The United Center has been the home arena of the Chicago Bulls since 1994. It is located in the Near West Side neighborhood of Chicago and has a seating capacity of over 20,000 for basketball games.
